  • Why should I buy from STZ Security Co. when Costco, BJs, and other online retailers offer cheaper DVR/Camera packages?

    As with all electronics, future support and services are imperative in maintaining the integrity of a system, and like all electronics, when technology renders certain components of it obsolete, a business like Costco doesn’t offer upgrades. Fortunately, STZ Security Co. does.
  • What is your Warranty policy?

    One Year Limited Warranty covers the purchaser for any product malfunctions and defects in material or workmanship that affects the performance of the product.

    Our Warranty runs from the date of purchase. The Warranty covers All Digital Video Recorders, Cameras, and Accessories for the first 6 months.

    After the first 12 months, we will attempt to fix or repair at a $49.00 fee. In the event that a replacement is needed after tthe 12th month mark, PARTS AND LABOR expenses shall be at the responsibility of the Client..

    No Warranties will be in effect beyond the warranty term.
  • In the event of any issues or questions what is your response time?

    We are available round the clock 7 days a week  to answer any questions and or concerns.

    In the event of any issues that cannot be resolved via Remote Tech Support, we will usually have a tech on site within 6-48 hours at the latest depending on Field Tech scheduling availability.
